The classic plaster moulds team were set the challenge of restoring a grade 3 listed Victorian town house.
Our client bought the period property in Barnard Castle who then stripped everything back to brick. With the property being listed, most work carried out needed to be done traditionally, so that’s were we came in.
The work carried out by our team was such as:
- Large Victorian Cornice in all bedrooms, hallway and living areas.
- Small Victorian Archway in the entrance hall
- Large Victorian Archways on the landing and living room
- Multi-piece ceiling roses in main bedroom, landing and living area
- Small Victorian plain rose in bedrooms.
The project took us around 3 weeks to supply and install all mouldings and once finished, it looked truly remarkable.
As quoted from out clients they said; ‘out of all the money I have spent on this property, you’re work was by far the best money spent’.
